Ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my wife just after Christmas . First pair arrived almost straight away. 2nd a week later. Heard nothing about 3rd, so I emailed & got no response . Then they emailed to say sorry but 1 week delay. Fair enough. Then they emailed to say another 2 weeks. Nothing then arrived & so I emailed twice more . No response & then today they emailed to say they were not coming at all but I could cancel if I wanted to??Shame as shoes apparently good but customer service abysmal ,We will not be using this company again.UPDATE following company replyRather confused!Why would I want to contact you on the same email address you chose to ignore me on for a month?You had your chance to sort this out & now you want the opportunity to investigate why.You did not take any money for the 3rd pair, so as I said in my original review all you have done is lost a customer. Something which does not appear to have worried you up until now.

Have Hotters changed their sizing. I am size 6 (male) and always have difficulty getting shoes that fit. Found hotters and was very pleased. But now the size 6 seems bigger. Just got a size 6 from internet and too big. So back to searching.
I love Hotter products they are comfy, stylish, top quality, variety is extensive.Actually made in Britain I would not buy my footwear from anywhere else.
I was very pleased with the information I got on line to choose which shoes I wanted to order and the details given in relation to size, colour and styles. Also the details of new comfort soles, inner soles and support was particularly helpful to me in making my choices. I liked the fact that I was able to make use of an offer sent to me by email and it was easy to follow through to completion in making the purchase. The shoes arrived on time and were well packed and delivered to my door in a friendly and Covid safe manor. They are the best and most comfortable shoes I have purchased from Hotter, both in the shops and on line and I look forward to buying further sandals or soft shoes for the summer season.

Shoes arrived quickly and the fit is great. This is the third pair of these sandals I've bought. Wish they still did the light mustard colour and I'd also love a bright red pair

Hotter shoes are the only brand I wear. My feet love them so much. Having several different styles and designs, they are all so comfortable from the first wearing. I’ve just thrown my first pair away after 10 years of service.
